FIVE REASONS to study at OISE Oxford
1. Experienced tutors - Our tutors come from a variety of different backgrounds, including Oxford University academics and retired professionals. Most have worked at OISE Oxford for many years. We have several who have worked here 10+ years, a couple 15+ years and one who has worked for OISE xford since we were founded in 1973. He was one of the first teachers employed by our CEO, Till Gins. The diversity and depth of experience amongst our tutors ensures that each OISE Oxford student has a tutor who compliments both their learning style and objectives. All our staff are CELTA qualified, native English speakers and regularly receive inhouse training.

Specialist business unit consisting of academics from Oxford University and retired professionals from the fields of Marketing, Finance and Sales. We lso have a retired lawyer who provides English legal coaching. All have up to date knowledge about their fields and so business English is taught within the current world context.
2. Results-driven language coaching - OISE Oxford is renowned as a centre of
outstanding academic excellence and remains the flagship school of the OISE Group, one of the largest privately owned English language training organisations in the world. With 36 years of continued development and refinement, OISE Oxford has created a learning environment that specialises in delivering success to ambitious learners. Approx 40% of our business comes from returning students or students recommended by OISE Oxford alumni. Evidence of excellent service and great for agents as they get continued commission from just one of their clients.
3. Ultra-modern facilities - The school combines a 300-year old building with state of the art facilities. Available resources include flat-screen computers, digital camcorders and mp3 players. All tutors are equipped with iPods to provide up-to-the-minute digital material and podcasts. Our fully-equipped lecture theatre provides the ideal setting for presentations, debates and workshops. The dual aspect lounge is the perfect place to catch up with the latest news by reading the daily newspapers, journals and watching BBC News 24 on the flat-screen television.
4. Socialising in English - Students are served freshly-brewed coffee each day, where they mingle with teachers and enjoy our freshly-brewed coffee served every day. A comprehensive after-class cultural programme (minimum of 5 free leisure activities) has been designed specifically to provide an nvironment for practising English with fellow students and Oxford natives alike whilst taking in the sights of this beautiful city. Achievements are celebrated and progress reflected upon during the Friday certificate ceremony.
5. Tailored Academic Experience - Each OISE Oxford student will have a course that is tailored to their exact needs making sure that they can make maximum progress during their time with us. All students fill out a Needs Analysis before they arrive that gives them an opportunity to detail why they need to learn English and the areas they wish to study. Our director of studies gets in contact with each student to go though this analysis. She will then choose a team of tutors who will start working on material for the student before they even arrive. (please see attached newsletter which details this)

THREE REALLY FUNNY NOVELS!!

Have a look at these THREE novels about the whole language studying industry. They are all humorous thrillers, with the odd murder thrown in for good measure, and lots of laughs about people in the industry we all know so well!!

All written by the creator of Asiaquest - Adrian Liley.

Go to the link below and buy the first book: 'The Man in the Middle' which concentrates on all the strange things that happen in a language school in London, as well as the bizarre occurrences in marketing meetings in Tokyo, Seoul and Taipei on a distinctly peculiar marketing trip!
