English Tuition  

Each girl is assessed when she arrives at school and she is simply given enough English lessons to get her to the required standard. We do not put limits on tuition as we feel that we cannot teach their other subjects if we fail them in this area. Some get off to a flying start but for others it is difficult and more protracted process. The girls are regularly monitored and there is a close liaison between their subject teachers and those helping with English to ensure they are moving in the right direction and can cope.
